Mildred Lave, the beloved wife of the late Richard E. Lave, devoted mother, cherished grandmother, aunt, and caring friend who peacefully entered eternal rest on August 14, 2025, at age 87.

Mildred was born on July 16, 1938, in Chance, Kentucky to Jessie and Janie Janes. She was a loving sister to Lola and the late George Coomer. Loving aunt to Richard and the late Donna.

Together Mildred and Richard raised two children Jeff (Pam) and Jim (Rene), with loving grandchildren Ethan, Madelyn, and Colin. Tami Millard (Tim) with great grandchildren Austin and Madisin.

May she rest in peace and her memory bring comfort to all who knew and loved her.

Visitation, Thursday, August 21, 2025, 4:00PM to 8:00PM at Damar-Kaminski Funeral Home & Crematorium, 7861 S. 88th Avenue, Justice, Illinois.

Funeral, Friday, August 22, 2025, 10:30AM Prayer Service and Time of Remembrance to be held at the funeral home.

Cremation Rites to be accorded.
