Mildred Lee Obituary
Benson, NC: Mrs. Mildred Belle Langdon Lee, age 93, of Morris Avenue passed away on Wednesday, February 26, 2025 at Springbrook Nursing and Rehabilitation in Clayton. Funeral Services will be held-3:00 PM Sunday, March 2, 2025 at Rose and Graham Funeral Chapel in Benson. Officiating will be her son, Rev. David H. Lee, Jr. Burial will follow in Williams Family Cemetery in Coats.
Mrs. Lee was born on October 25, 1931 in Johnston County to the late Carlie and Bertha Hargis Langdon. Along with her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, David Henderson Lee, Sr.; her second husband, Major Faircloth; and her sister, Clara Mae Wilkins. She was a homemaker and stay at home mom most of her life who adored her family and community. She was also a Pastor’s wife of Faith Baptist Church in Dunn. She enjoyed life to the fullest and loved to shop, especially at Belks in Dunn and eating at McDonalds. She will be missed by all who knew and loved her.
Survivors include her sons, David Henderson Lee, Jr. and wife, Sherry and Donald Ray Lee and wife, Laura; grandchildren, Michele Englert, Ashley Woodard, Amber Lee, Jonathan Lee, and Jeremy Lee; 8 great grandchildren; and 2 great great grandchildren.
The family will receive friends from 2:00 PM to 2:45 PM prior to the service at Rose and Graham Funeral Home in Benson on Sunday, March 2, 2025.
