Millie A. Norwine of Saint Charles, MO, passed away Wednesday, January 29, 2025, at the age of 89. Beloved wife of the late David Norwine; cherished daughter of the late Randall and Cameron Milligan. Devoted mother of Laura (Gordon) Kinne, Mark David (Lisa) Norwine, Greg (Marcia) Norwine, and Michael (Julie) Norwine; loving grandmother of 10, precious great grandmother of 5, and 1 on the way. Preceded in death by son, John Christopher Norwine.
Millie was deeply devoted to her children, grandchildren, and great-grandchildren, always putting her family first with unwavering selflessness. She had a lifelong love of reading and a thirst for knowledge. She enjoyed traveling and researching her family history, finding joy in discovering her roots. Mildred was also a dedicated partner to her husband, David, supporting him wholeheartedly in his dental practice. She was an active and faithful member of her PEO chapter, book club, church, and Bible study, where she formed lasting friendships. Her kindness and warmth touched many lives, and she was cherished by all who knew her.
