ROBINSON, Mildred E.

Mildred Eugenia Robinson entered into the presence of her Saviour on January 22, 2026, in Grand Junction, Colorado, at the age of 92. Mildred was born on September 6, 1933, in Alpharetta, Georgia, to Zenas and Frances Dodd.

Mildred was the loving wife of her husband, Ernest Cecil Robinson, whom she married on December 19, 1953. She was predeceased by Cecil on October 5, 2012. Mildred was also predeceased by siblings, Evelyn Dodd, lvaleen Henderson, Edna Holbert, Neil Dodd, and Zenas Dewey Dodd, Jr.

Mildred enjoyed a long career as Payroll Supervisor with the Atlanta Gas Light Company. She enjoyed her retirement, partaking in travel with her husband, gardening and having more time to be with her loved ones. She took great pride in her family and all their accomplishments. Mit (a childhood nickname that stuck throughout her lifetime) enjoyed preparing Southern dishes for her family and never forgot a birthday ever. Mit really had a talent for remembering dates, even in her later years. She loved the mountains surrounding her home in north Georgia and, in her later years, the majestic mountains of Colorado, even commenting that she could see the Colorado National Monument from her hospital window.

A beloved wife, mother, grandmother, great-grandmother, sister, and aunt, Mildred is survived by her son, Cecil Jerome Robinson, and wife Lynn, her grandson, Seth Robinson, and his wife Kristina, and great-granddaughters, Evelina Skye Robinson and Veronika Zoe Robinson. She is also survived by her sister, Sarah Dodd Bazarian; and seven nieces and nephews: Sandra Bazarian, Laura Hutchinson, Lynda Dodd, Robert Dodd, David Dodd, Peggy Barber, and Kenneth Dodd.

Mildred will be remembered for her love for her family, her friendships, and the grace with which she lived her life. Her legacy lives on in the lives she touched. She will be deeply missed and forever remembered.
