Mildred Fredie Spratt

Mildred Spratt, affectionately known as "Beddie" since childhood, was born on November 20th 1946, in Arkansas, to Lucille and Tommy Conley. She was one of thirteen children, nine brothers, and three sisters. In her later years, the Conley. family relocated to Madera, California, where she met her late husband, Augustus Spratt II. Together, they had three children: Antionette Giselle Spratt, Ronette Lynn Spratt, and Augustus Spratt III. The Family briefly moved to San Francisco, where she worked as a CNA at a convalescent home, but eventually returned to Madera, California.

Beddie dedicated 30 years of her life to working at the Madera Rehabilitation & Nursing center, where she received praise for her strong work ethic and was awarded Best Team Player. After retiring, she continued to provide support to patients by offering in-home care services for many years.

Beddie was a true life of the party, known for her impeccable sense of style that perfectly complemented her vibrant personality. She possessed a natural gift for making everyone feel welcome and loved. She would often make time to call and check on her loved ones and friends, ensuring their well-being. Beddie was a devoted sister, wife, mother grandmother, and friend to many, and her absence will be deeply felt. She passed away on November 6th, 2025, and has joined her daughter, Antionette Spratt, in heaven.

She leaves to cherish her memories, including her two children, Ronette Spratt and Augustus Spratt III, as well as three grandsons: Rashad Tearle Morgan, William Jamaal Perkins, and Augustus Dupree Spratt IV. Her family also includes her sisters Loris Garrett, Lucille Conley Jr., and Doris Conley, as well as her brother Leodis Conley. Additionally, she has many nieces, nephews, and cousins. She was preceded in death by Tommy Conley, Lucille Conley, AC Conley, Lewis Conley, Henry Conley, Leon Conley, Benny Moore, Tommy Conley Jr., Charles Conley, and Joe Conley.
