Millicent M. Willbrand (nee Watkins), of St. Peters, MO, passed away Thursday, August 21, 2025, at the age of 81. Cherished daughter of the late Doyle Depaw and Clyda Evelyn Watkins; devoted mother of Donna (Jim) Clawson, LeiLani (Mark) Yallaly, Jenna Willbrand, and Jason (Sarah) Willbrand; loving grandmother of Danielle (Bobby) Taylor, Courtney (Tad) Jilek, Jesse (Amanda) Yallaly, Drew (Lauren) Yallaly, Logan Coats, Maggie Coats, and the late Sabrina Willbrand; treasured great-grandmother of Brandon, Drake, Levi, Chance, Cameron, Colton, Elijah, Wyatt, and Dakota; dear sister of Wally Watkins, Richard Watkins, and three late brothers, Jack Watkins, Wesley Watkins, and Larry Watkins; beloved aunt to many.
Millicent was a hardworking woman who began farm work at a very young age, even picking her first 100 pounds of cotton at just six years old. She had a deep love for traveling, visiting all 50 states and many countries, which became her greatest passion. An avid reader with a curious spirit, she enjoyed various hobbies over the years, including painting and arts and crafts, and she had a special interest in paranormal investigations and true crime shows. She also treasured sharing a good glass of wine with friends. Millicent was dearly loved and will be greatly missed by all who knew her.
Memorials may be made in Millicent's name to the Autism Foundation.
