Milton Wayne Kroesche, 87, of Huntsville, Texas passed away on March 12, 2023, in Huntsville, Texas. He is preceded in death by his parents Herbert William Kroesche and Frieda Marie Caroline Busch Kroesche, brothers Roland Kroesche and Herbert William Kroesche, Jr. (Sonny), and wife, Peggy Jean Kroesche.
Milton was born to Herbert William Kroesche and Frieda Marie Caroline Busch Kroesche on August 5, 1935, in Orchard, Texas. He married Peggy Jean Kroesche September 15, 1956, in Rosenberg, Texas. Milton was many things to so many people. Along with being the love of Peggy's life for almost 65 years, Milton was dad to sons Clinton Wayne Kroesche and wife Marilyn, Larry Kendall Kroesche and wife Kim, and Rowdy. He was the best PaPa in the world to grandchildren Grayson Hunter Kroesche, Rachel Nicole Kroesche Wilganowski and husband David Wilganowski. Milton was brother to Roland Kroesche, Uncle Milton to numerous nieces and nephews, and friend to too many to mention.
Milton worked for Phillips Petroleum until he joined the Texas Game & Fish Commission, now known as Texas Parks and Wildlife Department, in 1963 as a Texas Game Warden. He served Brazoria and Walker County until his retirement in September 1993. In the late 50's and 60's, he had the best time of his life playing fast pitch softball for the Rosenberg City League Softball team as a pitcher. He and Peggy shared their love of sports and never missed an opportunity to cheer on the Aggies, Astros, and the Cowboys. Milton was an avid outdoorsman who loved hunting and fishing, and last but not least, Milton was a prestigious member of the Buzzard Club of Walker County.

Deepest sympathy to the family. I didnt know Milton and Peggy as well as I would have liked, but thoroughly enjoyed their company the few times they were able to attend the Kroesche family reunions in New Braunfels. His huge personality will live in our hearts and memories forever. Peace be with you always.
