It is with profound sadness that the family announces the death of Milton (Mike) Zohn, who was fatally wounded in an automobile accident on September 12 in Brevard County, Florida. Born in Chicago, Illinois in 1938, he was drawn from a young age to the study of science, religion and "the way things work". After earning BS and MS degrees in Electrical Engineering from the Illinois Institute of Technology, he served as an intelligence officer in the US Air Force and for the remainder of his professional life as an independent consultant in satellite information systems for the Department of Defense. In his spare time, he became the proverbial Renaissance man, with an insatiable curiosity about philosophy, theology, physics, mathematics, medicine , history, and the law, always in pursuit of the meaning of life and universal truth. He is survived by his sister, three children, three former spouses and a loving friend. A memorial celebration of life for family and friends will be announced later.
