Mindy Mareah Venditti

Bountiful, Utah — Mindy Mareah Larsen Venditti, 48, our cherished wife, mother, daughter, and sister, passed away on Monday, February 3, 2025.

Born on February 14, 1976, in Gunnison, Utah, Mindy was the daughter of Sheron Mellor Larsen and Craig MaCoy Larsen. She graduated from Manti High School, where she developed a love for swimming and lifeguarding, pursuits that she continued to enjoy well beyond her school years. 

Mindy’s life was enriched by the love and companionship of her husband, Frank. The two met through his sister and were married on December 19, 1997. Together, they raised three beautiful children: Eric (Isabell), Savannah (Emma), and Jack. Mindy was also excitedly anticipating the arrival of her first grandchild.

Mindy was an exceptional nurse who dedicated the last 10 years of her career to Biolife in Layton, UT. Her positive influence on those around her was undeniable. With her kind heart and compassionate spirit, Mindy earned the unwavering loyalty of her friends.

In addition to her devotion to her family and friends, Mindy had many passions. She was an avid gardener, a skilled seamstress, and loved spending time in the kitchen, cooking for those she held dear. Her zest for life extended to her professional endeavors as well. She became a certified CPR instructor, and, alongside Frank, they built a business teaching CPR classes across the Wasatch Front. Mindy and Frank recently embraced the joy of nature, purchasing a side-by-side to explore the mountains together, taking in the sunsets, and enjoying the outdoors. Her job as a nurse and finding new ways to make memories with her family were also some of the things that brought her happiness.

Mindy’s legacy will live on through her family, the lives she touched, and the love she gave so freely. She will be deeply missed by all who knew her. 

There will be a viewing held at Lindquist’s Bountiful Mortuary, 797 N. 400 E. Bountiful, UT 84010 on Thursday February 6th 2025, from 6-8pm, and again on Friday, February 7th, from 12:30-1:30pm. The funeral service will follow on Friday from 2-3pm. Mindy will then be laid to rest at Lakeview Memorial Estates, 1640 E. Lakeview Dr.  Bountiful, UT 84010. 

 A luncheon will be provided at the church located at 650 E. 2150 S. Bountiful, UT 84010.
