Minnie Smith Obituary
Minnie's journey through life was shared with her loving husband of 40 years, Mark Smith, who stood by her side as a beacon of unwavering support and companionship. She is survived by two daughters, Roseann Cavanaugh and Angela Talbot.
Minnie's love extended beyond her immediate family to her sister, Maryann Sprague, and her brother and sister-in-law, Carter and Maryanne Nixon. Her legacy continues to flourish through her five grandchildren and eight great-grandchildren, who brought her immeasurable happiness and pride. Minnie's warmth and generosity also touched the lives of her several nieces and nephews, who will remember her fondly.
Professionally, Minnie dedicated many years of service as a cook at Deborah Hospital in Browns Mills, New Jersey.
Minnie's interests were a reflection of her love for life and the people in it. She found joy in shopping, and she cherished the time spent with her family and friends.
Relatives and friends may greet the family on Thursday, November 20, 2025, from 4-8PM, and again on Friday, November 21, from 9:30-10:30AM, at the Moore Funeral Home, 371 Lakehurst Avenue, Browns Mills, NJ. A Funeral Mass will be celebrated on Friday at 11AM, at St. Ann's Church, 22 Trenton Road, Browns Mills, NJ.
Interment will follow in Odd Fellow's Cemetery, Pemberton, NJ. To send flowers to the family or plant a tree in memory of Minnie Sandra Smith, please visit our floral store.
