Miranda "Randy Roy" Mae Jergenson passed away peacefully December 30, 2025, at age 36.
She was born on October 31, 1989 to Debi McDonald and Michael Jergenson in
Two Rivers, Wisconsin. Growing up she enjoyed wreaking havoc on those who knew her; keeping her parents and siblings on their toes was her favorite pastime. Her love for the thrills life had to offer was something she created on her own terms, even if it was unconventional. She never shied away from letting her thoughts be known and the challenges and opportunities that got thrown her way. In 2009, when she was diagnosed with her brain injury; she truly showcased her memorable resilience and tenacity. Despite the journey she took, she never lost her distinct individuality. She continued to let her personality shine through by the way she laughed at her family's incessant jokes and the way she could speak volumes through a single look or blink of her eyes. Through countless challenges she fought with strength and determination that inspired everyone around her. Though her path was not easy she never stopped showing glimpses of her vibrant personality and fierce will to live. She enjoyed watching comedies, listening to any and all music genres and spending time with her loved ones. Though her battle has ended, her legacy of strength, laughter, and love will live on forever in the hearts of those who knew and loved her.
Miranda is survived by her daughter Aleigha Dewey; mother Debi McDonald; step-father Doug Wegner; siblings Nathan (Jeni) Jergenson, Megan (Travis) Jergenson, Hailey (Dylan) Hood; nieces and nephews Damien, Aiden, Logan, Bentley, and Ella; as well as other relatives and friends. Miranda is preceded in death by her father Michael Jergenson; grandpa Dennis E. McDonald; uncle Dennis J. McDonald; and uncle Paul LaChapelle.
