Mitchell McKinley Brown

Mitchell McKinley Brown of Rosenberg, TX, passed away peacefully on January 19, 2026, at the age of 65. Born on November 6, 1960, in Antlers, OK, to Albert and Maxine Brown, Mitch loved his parents deeply and was proud of his heritage and upbringing in small town Oklahoma.

Mitch was hard-working and dedicated. He worked for Red Kap in Antlers until 1994 when he and his family moved to Rosenberg, TX, where he began work as Vice President, Operations, for 3H Manufacturing. After many years at 3H, Mitch decided to change careers and worked in logistics at Benchmark Energy Transport Services and Nu Mark Logistics in Houston, TX. For the past seven years, he was a Construction Manager for PGD Construction where he found his calling and was able to showcase his woodworking talents.

Mitch loved life and was able to make any time a good time. He had a multitude of friends with whom he loved to camp, play poker, or just enjoy a cold beverage. For several years, he was a member of the Gypsy MC International where he led and participated in many charitable events for the local community.

Mitch is preceded in death by his parents, Albert and Maxine Brown, and his little brother, Mark Wayne Brown. He is survived by his children Kirbie Rovolis (Jason), Kylie Howe (Chris), Kaitlan Lopez (Jose), and James Mark Brown and sisters Linda Tolladay, Kim Belcher (Curtis), and Lori Wise (Jim). He is also survived by his precious, most loved grandchildren, Addison Rovolis, Noah James Lopez, Penelope Lopez, and Rowan Lopez.

A celebration of life will be held at a later date. In lieu of flowers, the family asks for donations to the Pancreatic Cancer Action Network at pancan.org.
