Mitchell Eugene "Mitch" SCHOONOVER

Mitchell Eugene "Mitch" Schoonover, Jr. son of Mitchell E. Schoonover, Sr. and Margaret (Marxmiller) Schoonover, was born August 5, 1965, in Fort Worth, Texas and departed this life March 28, 2026, in Mpntreal, Missouri, at the age of sixty years.

Mitch is survived by one son, Lenny Schoonover and his wife Shelly of Shelbyville, MO; grandchildren, Wyndle, Ely and Theodore Schoonover of Shelbina, MO, Hailey Pryor, Mark Kitchen, Rilley Knowles and Memphis Rooney of Shelbyville, MO; siblings, Janie Schaffer of Linn Creek, MO, Tommy Collum and his wife Bobbi of Montreal, MO, Margaret Harper and her husband Dwight of Strafford, MO, Teresa Schoonover of Eldon, MO, Gary Schoonover of New York and Dylan Embry and his wife Lori of Lebanon, MO; several nieces and nephews; other relatives and many friends.

Those preceding him in death include, his mother, Margaret Jones; maternal grandmother, Hazel Smith; aunt, Barbara Ferguson; paternal grandfather, George Schoonover; paternal grandmother, Sady Schoonover; one nephew, David Harper; and two uncles, Gary Marxmiller and Sammy Ewing.
