Mitchell enjoyed watching television, fishing and crabbing, and cooking. Above all, he loved his family and cherished time spent together at family gatherings.
He is survived by his partner, Janet Courville; sons, Joseph Kent and his fiancée, Rebekah, and Shane Courville.
He was preceded in death by his mother and father.
He will be deeply missed by family and friends.
