Miyoko Klein, 91 years of age, passed away peacefully on January 28, 2025 at home in Vero Beach, FL surrounded by loving family.
Miyoko was born in Fukuoka City, Japan. She was the wife of Bernard A Klein, with whom she shared 70 years of marriage.
She worked at Walt Disney World as a supervisor for 15 years in Mitsukoshi, Usa (WDW-Epcot).
Miyoko was a devoted member of Christ Fellowship. and was a firm believer in Jesus Christ. She was led to reaffirm her faith and decided to be baptized with her daughters on April 9, 2016. She was also a member of the Protestant Women of the Chapel on Kadena Air Force Base in Okinawa, Japan.
Miyoko was a devoted and loving wife, mother, and grandmother who enjoyed painting, flower arranging, and spending time with her family. She loved to travel; especially the family trips she took to Japan to visit her relatives.
Survivors include her husband Bernand Klein; son Michael Klein (Lisa); daughters Patricia Ashdown (Mark) and Janet Pommersheim (Bill); and grandchildren Britney Klein, Catherine Pommersheim, and William Pommersheim.
A Graveside Service was held on Wednesday, February 5th, 2025, at 10:00 am at the Cape Canaveral National Cemetery.
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to Samaritan's Purse, Alzheimer & Parkinson Association of Indian River County or VNA Hospice of Indian River County.
Arrangements are by Thomas S. Lowther Funeral Home & Crematory, Vero Beach.
