Magleby Mortuary - RichfieldMona Rae Martinez, 56, of Ogden, Utah, passed away on February 12, 2026, at her home in Ogden, Utah. She was born on August 22, 1969, in Ogden, Utah, to Belinda Fierro and was lovingly raised by Kenneth Fierro.
Mona lived her life boldly and out loud. She was vibrant, social, and truly the life of the party. She had a way of making friends wherever she went—whether with someone she had known for years or someone she had just met minutes earlier. She never met a stranger and always left an impression. If something was happening, she was there.
She loved cheering on the 49ers and never missed an opportunity to talk football. She enjoyed golfing, sitting around the firepit with family and friends, and being outdoors. More than anything, she loved being surrounded by the people she cared about. Time spent laughing, talking, and making memories meant everything to her.
Her children and grandchildren were her greatest pride and joy. She loved her daughter, Monique, and her son, Zachary, fiercely and without hesitation. Being a mother was one of the most important roles in her life. Becoming a grandmother to Talon and Taytum only expanded that love. She made sure her family always knew they were loved, supported, and celebrated.
Mona is survived by her daughter, Monique Stebbins and son-in-law Joshua Stebbins; her son, Zachary Bodily; her grandchildren, Talon Stebbins and Taytum Stebbins; her parents, Kenneth and Belinda Fierro; her sisters, Tana (Kelly) Magleby, Dana Martinez, and Kara Fierro (Issac) Eaves; her stepbrother, Lonnie (Carrie) Fierro; her stepsister, Monica (Greg) Durand, and her many nieces and nephews, Bostyn Smith, KC (Rikki) Shirra, Katana (Jayden) Shirra, Tyson (Lyndsey) Fierro, and Ashlyn Fierro.
She was preceded in death by her partner, Steven L. Bodily and Brent Daily.
Mona will be remembered for her big personality, her contagious energy, her bright blue eyes, her big smile, and her ability to make everyone feel welcome. Her absence leaves a space that cannot be filled, but her laughter and love will remain with those who knew her.
A Celebration of Life will be held on Wednesday, March 4, 2026, from 4:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. at The Barn Golf Course,305 W Pleasant View Dr, in Ogden. Cremation services will be held in the Magleby Mortuary and Cremation Center — Funeral Directors: Magleby Mortuary, Richfield, Salina, and Manti
