Mona Lee Struthers, 92, of Charlevoix, passed away peacefully on Monday, September 22, 2025, at Grandvue Medical Care Facility. She was born on March 5, 1933, in Charlevoix, the daughter of Franklin and Lila (Hebert) McFarland.

Mona graduated from Charlevoix High School in 1951 and furthered her education in business college. She worked for many years at Lockwood-McDonnell in the billing department. Faith was very important to Mona, and she was a long-time member of the Charlevoix Community Reformed Church where she enjoyed spending time with her church family. She also enjoyed singing in the choir for many years. Mona was well known in Charlevoix for cooking large, delicious meals and baking all sorts of baked goods that she shared with friends and family.

Mona is survived by her two children, Charles (Barbara) Struthers of Charlevoix, and Lee Ann Struthers of Charlevoix; two grandchildren, Robert (Nikki) Struthers, and Cheryl (Devon) Haas; and several nieces, nephews, and great-grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her parents; her beloved husband, Howard Struthers; and three sisters, Betty Boss-Anderson, Charlene Pierce, and Donna Klooster.
