MONROE OWENS, JR.
JULY 9, 1956 - DECEMBER 15, 2023
Funeral Services for MONROE OWENS, JR. 67, of Little Rock, AR, formerly of Eudora, will be held at 10 o'clock a.m. Saturday, December 23, 2023. Service will be held at the Minister's Institute, North Front Street, Eudora; Rev. Michael Owens, Officiating Minister.
Monroe was born on July 9, 1956 to Monroe and Viola Marie Owens in Grand Lake, Arkansas. He attended school in Eudora and graduated from the Eudora High School.
Monroe passed away on Friday, December 15, 2023 in Little Rock. He is survived by four siblings; one sister, Diane Grove of Eudora, AR; three brothers, Rev. Micheal Owens of Lake Providence, LA, Jerry Harden (Raven) of Eudora, AR, and Donald Jenkins of Eudora, AR and his niece, Tawanna Owens.
Viewing will be held on Friday from 3 to 6 p.m. at Dillard Funeral Chapel, 137 Front Street, Eudora.
Burial will take place at Hill Cemetery, Highway 159, South, Eudora. Services entrusted to Dillard Funeral Home, 137 Front Street, Eudora
