34, passed away Sunday, August 18th, 2024. He was born March 11th, 1990 to Monte Dixon and Stephanie Schadegg Wentling in Wichita, Kansas.
Monte Dixon was a loving person with a kind soul. He spread a tremendous amount of joy in his short time with us. He loved his family more than anything in the world. He has left a beautiful legacy that will live on through his children.
Monte is survived by his wife, Michelle Ayerdi; son, Blaiden A Dixon (age 11); daughter, Elena V. Dixon (age 7); mom, Stephanie Wentling; step-dad, Patrick Wentling; Grandpa, Robert "Whitey" McDonald; Brothers, Devin E Schadegg, Sean P. Wentling, Jacob A. Wentling; Aunt, Stacy R. Schadegg; Uncle, Todd D. Schadegg
Visitation: Wednesday, August 21st, 2024, from 5:00 pm to 7:00 pm at Smith Family Mortuary Chapel 1415 N. Rock Rd. Derby, Kansas 67037. Funeral Service: 10:00 am, Thursday, August 22nd, 2024 at Smith Mortuary, Derby 1415 North Rock Road Derby, Kansas 67037. Interment to follow at White Chapel Cemetery.
In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made to Monte's wife, Michelle, for their children, Blaiden and Elena Dixon

We grew up in the trailer park together. We were young kids. We lived across the street from one another for years!! Heartbreaking to hear. Prayers to his family.
