Her laughter and warmth brought joy to the hearts of family and friends alike. A believer in Jesus Christ, her optimistic spirit and unwavering faith were evident to all who knew her. She was a beacon of positivity, reminding us all that happiness is a choice we make each day.
Morgan leaves behind a loving family and circle of friends who will miss her dearly. She is survived by her cherished siblings RaShee (Richard Stormer) of Ticonderoga, NY, Abdul Gilliard (Autumn Ferris) of St. Helen, Michigan, and Stanley Gilliard of St. Helen, Michigan. Her nieces, Talandra Hurlburt (Raleigh White), Laylarose Hurlburt, and Joclyn Gilliard; nephews, Kaelyn Hurlburt, Qwyn Hurlburt, Jack Stormer, Malik Gilliard, and Oliver Gilliard; and many friends.

Morgan was one of the strongest women you could ever meet. Despite numerous medical challenges, she remained cheerful, joyful, and almost always kind. She taught us valuable lessons about love, life, and the human spirit's resilience-her impact was immediate and lasting.
Services to celebrate Morgan's remarkable life will be announced at a later date. In the meantime, let us all hold dear the memories of a woman whose strength and kindness left an indelible mark on our lives. Morgan Elizabeth Starks taught us that it is we who choose whether or not we allow life's hardships to steal our joy, and she chose happiness every day.
While she will be deeply missed, her spirit endures in the hearts of her family and friends, and through the lives of each niece, nephew, and child she adored. Her legacy of love and resilience will never be forgotten. Rest in peace Morgan, you've earned it.
