Morris S Brandon

Morris S Brandon, 86, passed away peacefully on January 16, 2024, in Crystal Springs, Mississippi. He was born on November 1, 1937, in Pontotoc County, Mississippi to Dewey Brandon and Bettie Lou Mask Brandon.

Morris lived a fulfilling life centered around his passions and his loved ones. His time spent gardening brought him great joy.  Beyond his green thumb, Morris possessed a deep appreciation for automobiles and enjoyed tinkering with them.

Perhaps the greatest testament to Morris's character lies in his dedication to his family. A loving spouse, devoted father and grandfather were among his most coveted titles.  He treasured every moment spent with them. 

Preceding Morris in death are his parents, his wife, Sandra Kay Brandon; a son, Gary Brandon and a granddaughter, Kristi Brandon.  

Among those left behind are his son, Bryan Brandon (Stacy) from Crystal Springs; daughter in law, Wanda Brandon of Terry;  grandchildren, Stacy Hancock (Derek), Vicki Brandon, Kimberly Walton (Wade), and Justin Brandon (Carly), and 8 great grandchildren.  

A Memorial Service will be held Saturday, January 20, 2024 at 2pm with an hour visitation beginning at 1pm that will extend until the service time at Chancellor Funeral Home in Byram.
