I have such fond memories of Morey that now go back 30 years. Morey was a great boss and friend. I will remember many "Moreyism's" that will always make me smile. We did several liquor store inventory audits, and when we came across an item valued at $5.55 it was "triple nickel", and at 18 I had no idea what he meant! My thoughts are with Morey's family and friends, particularly his great children who I in a way grew up with.

Lois,Shelli,Vicki, David, Mark and families; Our memories of such good times will never fade. The Conventions, the trips, card playing, and all the socializing....such good times! Morey taught me how to drink good Scotch! And I still drink Glenlivet! You are all in our thoughts and prayers.
Much Love, Mimi Christensen

My heart goes out to you, Lois, Shelley and the entire family.
The Lions Club lost a world-class member. Morey was a fabulous story teller, and the jokes were never ending. Our memories of him will be like his jokes, never ending.

To Morey's loved ones-Lois, Shelley, Vicki, Mark, David, grandkids, other relatives:
Past District Governor Lion Morey was an icon in District 5M5 Lions and the resident specialist in our Bloomington club for all questions about protocol and activities. We will miss his experience and wisdom. I personally enjoyed his company-even his jokes. What a moving ceremony today; the eulogy, the drive down Summit and the graveside service were a fitting farewell. My deepest sympathy to you all.

Patti and I wish to extend our deepest sympathy to Morey's family during this time of sorrow. Morey was a strong contributor to the community and will be missed. The Lions organization has enjoyed his leadership over the past many years and will be missed by many fellow Lions.
