Morton Gabriel "Morty" Millstein

Morton G. Millstein, age 94, died peacefully on Friday December 6, 2025, in Delray Beach, FL. Morton (Morty) was born and raised in the Bronx, NY. He and his wife Mildred Millstein (nee Sokoloff) were married for over seventy years (until her death on April 1, 2023). Morty and Mildred were residents of New Jersey for sixty-five years, living in Elmwood Park, Fair Lawn, Rockaway Township, and then Delray Beach, Florida.

Morty is survived by his brother Leslie of Rockland County, NY, and three sons, Allan and wife Jackie of Emerson, NJ, Neal and wife Kate of South Hampton, England, Steven and wife Mara, of Delray Beach, Florida. He was the proud grandfather of Lisa (Ryan), Zachary (Tracey), Arrielle (George), Cortney (Ben), Stefani and Haley (Chandler), and his great grandchildren Miller, Sullivan, Madelyn, Maxwell, Lennon, Harlow and Theodore. Morty was predeceased by his mother Ann Millstein (nee Epstein) and his father Mitchell Millstein. He was the proud uncle of thirteen nieces and nephews, and countless great nieces and grand nephews.

The family will receive friends at the home of Allan and Jackie Millstein, 161 Colonial Rd, Emerson, NJ 07630, on Thursday December 11, 2025, at 6:30pm, on Friday December 12, from 1pm to 4pm, and on Saturday at 6:00 pm. A minyan service will be held at 7:30pm on Thursday and Saturday at the Millstein home.
