Moses Ornelas Obituary
EDINBURG - Moses Ornelas, 35, went to be with the Lord, Monday, July 1, 2024, at Doctors Hospital at Renaissance in Edinburg. Moses was born on April 8, 1989, in Mcallen, Texas to Manuel Garza Ornelas and Alicia Garcia. Moses was a loving son, brother, and friend.
Moses was preceded in death by his father, Manuel Garza Ornelas.
Moses is survived by mother, Alicia Garcia; brothers, Manuel (Judith) Ornelas and Luis Alberto (Vicky) Ornelas; sisters, Manuela "Mely" (Eloy) Cantu, Melissa Ornelas, Melinda ("Jerry") Flores, and Mary Lou (Juan) Salucio; and numerous other relatives. Moses also had a cherished fur baby, Precious, who brought him immeasurable joy.
Viewing will be held Friday, July 5, 2024, from 1:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. with a rosary at 7:00 p.m. at Serenity Funeral Chapel in Edcouch. All services will conclude on Friday evening. As per his wishes, he will be cremated at a later date.
In this time of grief, we remember and honor the life of Moses Ornelas, a dear soul who touched the hearts of many and will be deeply missed. May he rest in peace.
