Mr. Lucian Thomas "Junior" Ferguson, Jr., age 75 of Pilot Mountain, NC passed away peacefully at his home surrounded by his loving daughters on Sunday, November 10, 2024. He was born in Logan County, WV on August 4, 1949 to the late Lucian Thomas Ferguson, Sr. and Elizabeth Swims. Amongst the many things Mr. Ferguson loved, he enjoyed riding his grandchildren around the yard on his golf cart, tinkering with cars and lawn mowers, but most important he spent his life dedicated to serving the Lord through song and ministry. Left to cherish his memories are his daughters; Teresa Ferguson, Tonya Ferguson, Mary Hawks (Derrick), Tammy Hoffman, Cindy Skodachek (Jeff); son Richard Ferguson; grandchildren, Damian, Taylor and Tesla Collins, Marlin Dalton, Emory and Leland Ferguson, Kelsey Byrd (Holdene Perry), Caleb Byrd (Destiny), Natalie and Nathan Ferguson, Israel, Kaitlyn and Sophia Flores, Jessica and Jacob Luebbing and Matt Ferguson; 5 great grandchildren; sisters, Ruth Jude, May Braggs and Evelyn Bryant; brothers, Elvin Ferguson, Raymond Ferguson and Gene Finley. A Celebration of Life will be held at 123 Mahone Street, Mount Airy, NC at Church Of God of Prophecy on November 24, 2024 at 2:00 pm. Online condolences may be made at moodyfuneralservice.com
