Ms. Carol J. Knotts Hugh, 59, of Piedmont, South Carolina, transitioned on Monday, April 21, 2025, at Prisma Health Greenville Memorial Hospital. Born in Greenville, she was a daughter of Thissie Knotts Beckwith and the late Thomas Earl Rosemond.
Surviving: three daughters, Sharonica Knotts (Antonio) Robinson of Pelzer, SC, Precious Knotts of Orlando, FL and Tatiane Knotts of the home; five sisters, Sharon (John) Dawson, Micole (Mark) Smith, Amour (Donovan) Robinson all of Greenville, SC, Santina Wright of Charlotte, NC and Lydia (Virgil) Dawkins of Baltimore, MD; five brothers, Melvin Knotts of Greenville, SC, David Downs, Atlanta, GA, Kelvin Jones of Charlotte, NC, Efraim Rosemond and Reginald Ellison both of Greenville, SC; ten grandchildren; and a host of other relatives and friends.
Funeral Services: Monday, April 28, 2025, 3:30pm, at Watkins Garrett & Woods Mortuary, with interment private.
