Ms. Marion Austin "Mug" Brazel, 75, of Simpsonville, transitioned on Sunday, July 6, 2025 at her residence. Born in Easley, South Carolina, was the daughter of the late Robert Guyton and Mary Austin.
Surviving: one daughter, Wanda (Anthony)Rhone, of Travelers Rest, SC; one son, James (Toshiko) Brazel III, of Greenville, SC; four sisters, Joan Kennedy, Sharon Logan, Victoria Moss, and Barbara Bowens, all of Greenville, SC; four brothers, Raymond Kennedy, Samuel Austin, John Kennedy, all of Greenville, SC; and William Kennedy, of Travelers Rest, SC; two grandchildren, five great-grandchildren, and a host of other relatives and friends.
Funeral Services: Sunday, July 13, 2025, 4:00pm, at Watkins Garrett & Woods Mortuary, with private burial.
