Jennifer Whipple Whiddon
August 31, 2023
Mullis worked with my dad Lucian Whipple at Central Office Suppliers beginning as a young man and loyally continuing until dad closed his business. Mullis was like family to all of us- dad loved him like a son. Mullis was always an upstanding person- always kind and considerate to all.
When my husband Coach Kenny Whiddon was coaching in South Georgia and I was a young mom, Mullis would drive down to pick me and my children up to bring us back to Dublin to visit Mom and Dad and family. One Christmas Mullis gave Dad a special radio - dad said it was the best present he had ever gotten.
