My Phanly passed away peacefully on Tuesday morning, surrounded by loved ones.
Born in Thailand, he had a notable military career. He was a dedicated father of four daughters and one son. After immigrating to America in 1983, he and his wife, Keo Phanly, raised their children in multiple states, including Rhode Island, California, Connecticut, and ultimately Spartanburg, South Carolina.
