Mrs. Bass was born in Laurens County, Georgia on April 12, 1947, to the late Authur and Cora Coleman Knight. She was a homemaker and loved flowers and antiques. She was a member of the Jehovah's Witnesses Church and was a loving wife, mother, grandmother, sister, and aunt.
In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by her sister-in-law, Mary Gail Knight.
She is survived by her devoted husband of 57 years, Sonny Bass of Cadwell; her children, Sunny Dyes (Stevie) of Dexter, Chris Bass (Amy) of Rentz, and Paige Floyd (Randy) of McRae; brothers, Gary Knight (Vicki) and Waymon Knight; five grandchildren, and several nieces and nephews.
Services for Mrs. Bass will be held at a later date.
