Nadine Simone Conley, affectionately known as "Nanz," was born on November 13, 1949, in Dallas, Texas. Surrounded by family, she passed away at her home on September 30, 2025.
She retired from American Healthways after 25 years. Nadine and some fellow coworkers started a band named "Strat 5." This group gained notable recognition in a memorable trip to the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame in October 2009, where they made their mark by winning the Corporate Battle of the Bands!
Beyond her career, Nadine had many passions. In addition to her music, she found joy in reading books, watching movies or hanging out with her best friend Kristi!
Her warm spirit will be remembered by her children, Jason Conley (Chasity Choate), Daniel Conley (Jena Conley), and Amber Aylor (Andy Aylor); her siblings, Rodney Brown (Mary Brown), Richard Brown (Phyllis Brown), and Yvette Lovell (Dennis Lovell).
She is also survived by her grandchildren, Jaci Conley, Morgan Conley, Bailey Conley, Myles Conley, Sydney Shelton, Jack Conley, and great-grandchildren, Emma Conley, Grayson Conley, Grace Conley, Lorelai Lyons, and Hayden Conley.
Nadine is preceded in death by her mother, Simone Brown; father, John Henry Brown; brother, Michael Brown; and her husband, Dan Conley.
A private burial for immediate family will be held October 3, 2025, with a celebration of life for extended family and friends at a later date.
