Nadine Martin

Nadine Martin, 94, of Glen Carbon, IL, passed away peacefully surrounded by family on Saturday, September 6, 2025. She was born on January 26, 1931, in Quincy, IL, to the late William Harold and Esther (née Stockhecke) Davison.

A graduate of Camp Point High School, Nadine went on to attend Gem City Business College. She enjoyed a fulfilling career as an account manager and bookkeeper at KHQA TV before her retirement.

Nadine had a love for creating and giving back. She spent countless hours crocheting, quilting, gardening, and volunteering with various community organizations. Her warmth, generosity, and creativity touched many lives.

She was preceded in death by her parents; her son, William Martin; a brother, Norman Davison; and a sister, Carol Reddick.

Nadine is survived by her loving children, Sherry (Robin) Hatton and David (Dee) Martin; daughter-in-law, Robin Neisen; ten cherished grandchildren; and ten great-grandchildren.

A memorial service to celebrate Nadine's life will be held at 11 a.m. on Friday, September 26, 2025, at Pleasant Ridge Baptist Church in Collinsville, officiated by Pastor Thomas Worsham. A luncheon will immediately follow the service at the church.
