Nancie Sue Marsh

Nancie Sue Marsh, 77, passed away Monday, February 26, 2026. Nancie was born on April 10, 1948 in Collin County, Texas to Gilbert and Gladys (Gadberry) Lorance.
Nancie grew up in Texas and was a 1968 graduate of McKinney High School in McKinney, TX. Following high school she attended college for a brief period of time before entering the workforce. Nancie worked in Quality Assurance for Texas Instruments until she retired in 1990. On June 10, 1982 she married Leroy Marsh in Collin County, Texas and he survives at the home.
In her free time, Nancie enjoyed knitting, crocheting, reading, and listening to country music. Nancie was a very caring and welcoming individual who always loved spending time with her family and friends.
Nancie is survived by her husband Leroy Marsh of Nixa; three children: Shane Bates, Shannon Bates, and Shelly Bates all of Texas; two stepchildren: Shelly and David Marsh; one brother, one sister, several grandchildren, and a host of other family and friends.
Friends will be received at 12:00 p.m. on Tuesday, February 3, 2026 at Meadors Funeral Home located at 314 N. Main Ave., Republic, MO 65738. Burial will will follow at Wade Chapel Cemetery in Republic.
