Nancy June Adair

Nancy June Adair, age 85, of Gainesville, Georgia passed away peacefully on March 4, 2024. Funeral Service will be held at 2:00 pm on Sunday, March 10, 2024 at West Cobb Funeral Home and Crematory Chapel in Marietta, Georgia. Interment will be held at 11:00 am on Monday, March 11, 2024 at Kennesaw Memorial Park in Marietta, Georgia. She is preceded in death by her parents L.E. and Lucille Green, and her brother L.E. “Sonny” Green.

She loved being at the lake and enjoying her time with Ronald.  She enjoyed shopping and bringing home her “great buys” from bargain stores. She was an avid green thumb and took pride in her beautiful plants growing all over the house. Most of all, she loved family and friends that would come to visit her at the lake.  She treated everyone like a member of the family. After meeting, you had an open invitation to come anytime.  

Survived by Husband- Ronald  of 68 years, sister Annette Moody (Jim), Daughter Cindy Adair-Reece (Jeremy), Son Steven Adair, Daughter-Sheila Lade (Josh) Grandchildren- Carina Avila, Talissa Avila, Tyler Avila, Patrik Lade, and Andrew Lade, Great-Grandchildren- Andrea Perez, and Isaac Perez and her cats Midnight and Sunshine. Many other family and friends.

The family will receive friends on Sunday, March 10, 2024 from 12:00 pm until 2:00 pm at West Cobb Funeral Home and Crematory in Marietta, Georgia.
