Nancy Basten Obituary

Nancy Quintenz Basten, age 77 of Aurora, IL, passed away peacefully, Mon., Oct. 17, 2022. She was born Feb. 18, 1945 in Chicago to her parents, Catherine "Kay" and the late Albert Quintenz. Cherished wife of Rick Basten. Dearest sister of Bob Quintenz, dear daughter-in-law of Jane and the late Dick Basten and sister-in-law of Pam (Bob) Gray, Betsy (Paul) Spokas and the late Barry (the late Karen) Basten. Adored aunt of many. Nancy retired in 2011 after 40 years as a pension consultant for Union Local 25 SEIU Welfare Fund & Local 25 SEIU Pension Fund. Memorials to Rush-Copley Cancer Center. Memorial Visitation: Fri., Oct. 28th 9:30-10:30 AM at Our Lady of Mercy Church, 801 S. Eola Rd., Aurora, IL 60504. Memorial Mass to follow at 10:30 AM at Church. Interment is private.
