Nancy E. Deeb

Nancy E. (Russell) Deeb of Mansfield, passed away on December 6, 2024. She was 91 years old.
Nancy was born and raised in Stoughton and was a graduate of Stoughton High School where she played field hockey.
In 1953 she met the love of her life, Bob Deeb from Norwood. At the age of 22, they were married at St George Orthodox Church in Norwood on August 8, 1955. They moved to El Paso Texas in 1957 where Bob was stationed in the Armed Forces, and had their first child. Upon returning to the Northeast in 1959, Nancy and Bob settled in South Norwood where they raised their three children. Nancy was christened Orthodox in the late 1960's and became a dedicated member of her beloved St. George's Orthodox Church. She loved cooking, and was known for her Sunday roast beef family dinners where the door was always open to family, friends and neighbors.
After many years in Norwood, Nancy and Bob purchased their forever home in Mansfield. Nancy loved to socialize and was a friend to many. She enjoyed her Saturday night dinners out with Bob, entertaining, Friday night card party, traveling with friends and family, and hosting family gatherings at their home, especially Thanksgiving and Christmas. Nancy had a flare for fashion. She always wore the latest hairstyle and would never be seen without her earrings!
After raising her children, Nancy worked in several local businesses including Park Snow/Klines in Norwood, Porrier Sales and Service in Norwood, Delta Computer in Mansfield, Hadge and Associates in Norwood and at Hale and Dorr in Boston. In recent years Nancy resided at Alliance Health at Maples in Wrentham where she was loved and cared for by an incredible staff.
A beautiful woman with a beautiful soul who cared deeply for others, Nancy was the dear and devoted wife of the late Robert Deeb. Proud mother of Barbara Campbell and her husband Richard of Millis, Robert Deeb Jr and his wife Michele of Attleboro and Lisa Chaplin of Foxboro. Cherished grandmother, "Sitty," of Danielle Deeb and her partner David Dennis, Tyler Campbell, Marcus Campbell, William Chaplin, Jenna Chaplin, Tiffany Chaplin, and her handsome great-grandson Harry Dennis. Dear sister of Sally Coehlo of NY and the late Lawrence Russell, John Russell, James Russell, Jeanne Baeta and Thomas Russel. Nancy was happiest surrounded by her loving family and was especially proud to be the grandmother of triplets.
Nancy's Funeral Services will be private.
