Nancy A. Hurst, 92, most recently of Belleville, passed away peacefully on Friday, November 14, 2025, at Valley View Haven Retirement Community. Born September 25, 1933, in Oxford, she was the daughter of the late Isaac J. and Mollie Mahala (Schumake) Adams. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her first husband, John A. Fleck; her second husband, Walter C. Hurst; and her sister, Mary Catherine Davis. Nancy is survived by her daughter, Kimberly Crone and her husband, Michael, of McVeytown; her son, John Fleck and his wife, Kelly Dupre, of San Tan Valley, AZ; and her cherished grandchildren, Dylan Fleck and his wife Nikole, Linden Nace and her husband Charles, and Aaron Crone. She also leaves behind great-grandchildren Kaylee Nace, Ella Beshore, Owen Beshore, Hudson Sellers, Tabitha Crone, Tucker Crone, and Cooper Fleck, as well as the extended Hurst family, Susan King, Kathy Guthrie, and Richard, Rodger, Carl, and John Hurst, along with their families. Nancy devoted her life to caring for others. She served as a registered nurse for many years in various capacities and locations, and later continued her passion for service by volunteering with hospice agencies across the United States. She was a faithful member of Holy Spirit Lutheran Church in Lancaster. Blessed with a creative and generous spirit, Nancy enjoyed knitting, sewing, and crafting, as well as traveling and sharing her voice through music at churches and community events. Per her wishes, services will be private and held at the convenience of the family. Arrangements have been entrusted to King Funeral Home and Crematory, 47 Carriage House Lane, Reedsville.
