Nancy Leach Obituary

Obituary published on Legacy.com by Brewer & Sons Funeral Homes - Brooksville Chapel on May 29, 2024.
Nancy lived her life reaching out with love. She breathed love when surrounded by her family, poured it into her cooking and her home came alive with love when filled with her people.
Nancy Jean Hengehold was born in Detroit, Michigan on November 6, 1952. She was preceded in death by her mother Virginia May Hengehold, her husband Ronald Leach and brother Richard Hengehold. She is survived by her Sister, Patricia Inwaciow, Children and spouses, Justin and Heather Hay, Brad and Rachel Miller, and Nicholas and Breanne Hay. Grandchildren, Alivia, Sydnee, Dani, John, Jenny, Taylor, Carter, and Christian. Great Grandchildren, Sampson and Marlee.
Nancy's life was filled with love. She cultivated beautiful vegetable gardens in her yard every year. She had an immense care for animals, especially all her dogs. She loved to travel with her husband Ron in their RV and truly adored camping at Disney World. Her love language was cooking for her family.
Nancy passed away after a long illness on May 25, 2024 in Brooksville, FL with her three children and their spouses close by her side.
She will be forever remembered as a precious Mother, loving Gramma, proud Great Grandmother, dear Sister, and true-blue friend. She was simply, completely and absolutely loved.
In lieu of flowers, the family asks that memorial contribution to be sent to ARC of the Treasure Coast, 2001 South Kanner Highway, Stuart, FL 34994.

We first met Nancy at her son Nicks house , Nancy was a fun person to be around. It was so evident that she cherished her family. Always helping with the grandchildren, helping in the garden and cooking for everyone. She was a very down to earth person who also loved animals. Nancy will truly be missed by so many people, her warm smile, her eagerness to help, her very presence. She´s one of Gods angels now, may you rest in peace in Gods loving Heaven.

Nancy was a remarkable woman who touched the hearts of all who knew her.

She found joy in the simple pleasures of life, like cooking for others, which brought her immense happiness. Her love for Disney was a testament to her vibrant spirit and sense of adventure. But above all, Nancy cherished her family.

Nancy's legacy of love, strength, and resilience will forever live on in the hearts of those who were fortunate enough to know her. May we find comfort in the beautiful memories we shared with her and draw inspiration from her incredible life.

Rest in peace, Nancy. You will be deeply missed and forever remembered.
