Nancy Lee (Capano) Walker of Pelham, New Hampshire, formerly of Revere, Massachusetts passed away unexpectedly on Sunday, February 22nd, 2026. She is 79 years of age.
Born on Wednesday, May 22, 1946 in Revere, Nancy is the loving daughter of the late George Capano and Olga (Ferrandi) Capano. Nancy is a warm, kind, gentle and caring daughter, sister, wife, mother, grandmother, aunt, sister-in-law and friend who will be deeply missed by all who knew her.
Nancy was a stay at home mom who raised her three children as well as nieces, nephews and neighborhood children who all adored her. She most loved playing games with her grandchildren and celebrating their milestones. Nancy focused her life on her family and extended family.
Nancy is the beloved wife of the late Michael J. Walker Jr. She is the devoted mother of Michael Walker III and his wife Barbara, Brian Walker and his fiance Kara Boomhower and Robin Gibbons and her husband Jay. The cherished grandmother of Michael Walker, IV, John Walker, Dakota Walker, Jake Walker, Gabriella Gibbons, Landon Walker and Gavin Walker, Nancy is the dear sister of Lydia Capano and her partner Josephine Goldin, Frank Capano and his wife Joan and George Capano Jr. and his wife Madeline. She is the caring sister in law of Jan Nugent, Kathy Antidormi, Christine Severino, Kenny Walker, Linda Foley, Sharon Costigan and the late Ronnie Walker. Nancy leaves many nieces and nephews all of whom thought they were her favorite.
Family and friends are cordially invited to gather and share memories with Nancy's Family on Monday, March 2nd from 9:30am - 11:30am in the Barile - Cota Family Funeral Home, 335 Park Street (corner of Park Street & RT 28) NORTH READING, at Reading line. Parking attendants and elevator are available.
A Funeral Service Celebrating Nancy's Eternal Life will be held on Monday, at 11:30am in the Funeral Home. Interment Spring Grove Cemetery, Andover.
