Nancy Mattoon Obituary
An area resident all her life, she was born June 14, 1945, in Jamestown, a daughter of the late Preston Atkins and Margaret Carlstrom Atkins Pavlock.
Nancy enjoyed flower gardening, baking and raising her family.
Surviving is her husband Gilbert Mattoon, whom she married June 26, 1965; three sons Lance (Halie) Mattoon of Pleasanton, CA, Daryl "Duke" (T.C.) Mattoon of St. Augustine, FL and Keith (Lisa) Mattoon of Jamestown; grandchildren Kyle Mattoon, Stephanie Vazquez, Melanie Vazquez, Matt Mattoon, Riley Mattoon and Jacob Mattoon; a sister Linda (Karl) Ackley of Conewango and a brother Mike (Barbara) Pavlock of Jamestown.
Besides her parent she was preceded in death by two brothers William Atkins and Brian Pavlock.
A memorial service will be held at 2 pm Friday in the Lind Funeral Home where friends will be received for one hour prior to the service.
Memorials may be made to Panama Methodist Church.
