Nancy Eileen Miller, 78, of DeQuincy, LA passed away on January 31, 2025, in a local care facility.
Nancy was born in Petersburg, VA to John and Billie Grumbles. She enjoyed being around friends and family. She enjoyed being outside working in her flower garden and was a lifelong resident of Southwest Louisiana. Nancy loved bird watching as well as feeding them.
Those left to cherish her memory are her three children, John Miller, Billy Miller, and Angela Mouhot; numerous grandchildren and great grandchildren; sister, Jencie Amanda Thibodeaux and Jean Ellen Dyer.
She is preceded in death by her parents; husband, Elridge Miller; and sister, Ella Lois Grumbles.
Funeral services will be at 12:00 PM Thursday, February 6, 2025, at Johnson Funeral Home of Sulphur. Visitation will be from 5:00 PM until 7:00 PM Wednesday, February 5, 2025, at Johnson Funeral Home of Sulphur. Visitation will resume from 8:00 AM until the time of services Thursday at the funeral home. Burial will be at Mimosa Pines South Cemetery. Pastor James Kressman will officiate services.
