Nancy Joyce "Edwards" Minder

Nancy Joyce Minder, 87, of South Bend, Indiana passed away on Friday, July 18, 2025 at her home. She was born on October 26, 1937 in South Bend, Indiana to the late William and Claire (Markowski) Edwards. On September 21, 1957 she married Dannie L. Minder who preceded her in death on February 11, 2019. Nancy was also preceded in death by one daughter, Karen Stuart, one brother, Jack Ronald Edwards and one sister, Clair Peltz. She is survived by four daughters, Tammy (Jeff) DeVreese of South Bend, Indiana, Judy Ann Miller of South Bend, Indiana, Nancy (Raemon) Sabaj of Osceola, Indiana and Jill Ann Seastrom of South Bend, Indiana, two sons, Dannie Lee (Wendee Kerschner) Minder of South Bend, Indiana, Michael John (Kirk Ross) Minder of Granger, Indiana, seventeen grandchildren, thirty five great grandchildren, 5 great great grandchildren, two sisters, Jackie Zeldley of South Bend, Indiana, Carol Edwards of South Bend, Indiana and one brother, John Edwards of Osceola, Indiana.

Nancy enjoyed going to the casino and tag sales.

A visitation will be held from 5:00 pm until 7:00 pm on Tuesday, July 22, 2025 at the Kaniewski Funeral Home, 3545 N. Bendix Dr. South Bend, IN. A funeral service will be held at 11:00 am on Wednesday, July 23, 2025 at the Kaniewski Funeral Home Chapel with visitation for one hour prior to the service. Burial will follow in Riverview Cemetery. Memorial contributions may be made to the Hospice Foundation in Nancy's honor.
