Nancy Frakes Moja passed away surrounded by the love of her family, leaving behind a legacy defined by devotion, laughter, faith, and a heart that made room for everyone.

Nancy was, above all else, family-oriented. She loved fiercely and unconditionally, creating a home that was welcoming, warm, and often filled with the sound of laughter. She was preceded in death by her beloved husband, Dave Moja, whose memory she carried with her always.

Nancy was the devoted mother of five children, Nancy, Joe, Ted, Tim, and Tom, whom she raised with strength, humor, and unwavering support. She took immense pride in the families her children went on to build, seeing in them the continuation of her values, resilience, and love. Her grandchildren were a particular joy — each one held a special place in her heart. She celebrated their milestones, encouraged their dreams, and cherished every moment she spent with them, delighting in the role of Nana.

She shared a unique and enduring bond with Pappy Frakes, the father of her children. Together, they demonstrated a powerful example of love transformed into lifelong friendship. Through mutual respect, shared memories, and a deep commitment to their family, Nancy and Pappy maintained a strong and loving friendship that endured until her final breath.

Nancy was known for her quick wit and sharp sense of humor. She had an uncanny ability to deliver the perfect one-liner at just the right moment. Her humor was effortless and comforting — capable of easing tension, lifting spirits, and turning everyday moments into treasured memories.

Her faith was a cornerstone of her life. Nancy was deeply devoted to her church community, where she lived out her beliefs through kindness, generosity, and service. Her faith guided her actions and sustained her through life’s challenges, and she extended compassion and prayer freely to those in need.

Professionally, Nancy built a career as a hairdresser, a role she approached with both skill and heart. Over the years, her clients became friends, and her chair became a place of conversation, counsel, and connection. She had a remarkable gift for helping people feel beautiful, valued, and heard. She was deeply loved by her clients not only for her talent, but for the genuine care she showed to everyone she served.

Nancy will be remembered for her big heart, her humor, her faith, and the deep love she gave so freely. Her legacy lives on through the family she cherished, the friendships she nurtured, the laughter she shared, and the love she modeled so generously. She will be deeply missed and forever held in the hearts of those who loved her.

The will be calling hours for family and friends from 5-7pm Friday, February 27, 2026, the funeral will be Saturday, February 28, 2026 at 10:30 am all at First Christian Church 2880 W Jay Jay Rd in Titusville.
