Nancy Morales Obituary Nancy Soto Morales was born in Corpus Christi, Texas to Eusebio, (Mike) Soto and Maria Abad on September 26, 1958, passed away on October 17, 2023, at the age of 65.
Nancy was a mother, grandmother, and great-grandmother to 5 children, thirteen grandchildren and one great-grandchild. She spent her time with a variety of passions focusing on reading, astronomy, spirituality, and cooking, but most of all, helping others. She loved to help others succeed in whatever goals they were seeking to fulfill.
Nancys heart was as big as the state of Texas and she volunteered her time assisting others as the opportunities arose as well as in organized activities such as the Gay Pride Parade, AIDS Walk, March of Dimes, and she also served as a certified Sexual Assault Patient Advocate and Case Manager.
Nancy Morales worked for Avenue 360, formerly known as Houston Area Community Services/Bering Omega Community Services as a Housing Case Manager for almost 20 years. Her work took her to many different sections of the City of Houston as she tirelessly aided a vulnerable population to maintain housing stability.
Nancy also worked with Coastal States Management, in the Gas & Oil Industry for over 10 years in the Employee Relations department, as a Human Resource/Benefits Representative to over 3600 employees.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests a donation be made in Nancys memory to Omega House, 602 Branard St., Houston, TX 77006
