She is preceded in death by her husband Stanley Morgan, Sr, her brother Andrew "Guy" Gates, Jr, and her daughter Laurie Morgan.
She is survived by her children Stanley Morgan, Jr. and Linda Morgan; brother Lee Gates; granddaughters Brandy Summerlin, Lauren Combs, and Jennifer Ware; great-grandchildren Thor Summerlin and Saoirse Ware; and friend and neighbor Larry Windsor.
Services and interment private.
