Nancy Jo Moss, born September 13, 1956, in Maumee, Ohio, was the beloved daughter of Irwin Null and Esther Baker. Nancy passed away peacefully at her home in Mt. Dora, Florida, on November 21, 2025. She was preceded in death by her husband, David Moss, and her brother, Terry Null.

She is survived by her three sisters-Leigh Wilson of New London, Ohio, who lovingly ministered to her in her final days, Ellen Kunisch, and Linda Howard-as well as her half-sister Bonnie Bauman, her sister-in-law Dottie Lopez, seven nieces, two nephews, many dear friends, and a wonderful church family. Nancy was deeply loved by all who knew her. She was kind, caring, generous, and always wore a beautiful smile.

Nancy attended elementary and high school in Maumee, Ohio. Shortly after graduating, she moved to Florida, where she met David Moss, who became her closest friend, her husband, and the love of her life. Though David was a quadriplegic, Nancy's love for him was unwavering, and together they shared 43 years of marriage marked by devotion and joy. They embraced life fully-going on 73 cruises and enjoying many adventures. Early in their marriage they became Seventh-day Adventists and were active members of their church community.

After David's passing, Nancy found renewed purpose through deeper involvement at the Lady Lake Seventh-day Adventist Church, where she was a member. She served as a deaconess, taught Sabbath School, participated on several committees, and frequently hosted fellowship dinners. She loved blessing others, and her acts of kindness touched countless lives.

Nancy recently received a Pioneer Award from SALT Outreach, Inc. in recognition her support and dedication in helping establish a local SALT branch in Lake County. This ministry serves individuals experiencing homelessness by providing showers, clothing, food, toiletries, and essential resources. Nancy helped share the love and kindness of Christ with everyone she met.

She was a deeply spiritual woman whose favorite saying was, "I love Jesus." When anyone offered her a compliment, she humbly gave all glory to God by saying "any good you see in me is all Jesus". Her life touched many hearts, and she will be truly missed

by everyone that knew her. She now rests in faithfulness to her Lord, awaiting the day He comes in the clouds of glory and calls her home.

A Celebration of Life will be held at the Lady Lake Seventh-day Adventist Church on Saturday, January 31, 2026 at 3:00 pm.
