Nancy J. Muck

ADRIAN-Nancy J. Muck, age 92, of Adrian, died Wednesday, July 19, 2023, at her home. She was born October 6, 1930, in Rollin Township to Homer and Berdena (Mapes) Gestwite. She was a graduate of Adrian High School. On October 16, 1948, she was married to Robert E. Muck in Manitou Beach. He preceded her in death on July 29, 2009. Nancy had worked at Hillhaven as Head of Housekeeping for 10 years.
Nancy is survived by two sons, Eugene R. (Kay) Muck and Richard D. Muck of Adrian; a daughter Janet L. (Greg) Dillon of Adrian; a sister, Joanne Kelley of Coldwater; sisters-in-law, Loretta Gestwite of Addison and Laura Gestwite of Posey Lake; four grandchildren; eight great-grandchildren; three step-grandchildren; five step-great-grandchildren; and a great-great grandson. In addition to her husband, Robert, she was preceded in death by her parents; a son, William Paul in infancy; both of her brothers, Elwyn and Rodney Gestwite; and a sister, Shirley Tilden.
Visitation for Nancy will be held Saturday, July 29, 2023, from 2-6 p.m. at the Anderson-Marry Funeral Home, Adrian. Cremation will follow and burial of her cremated remains will be in Lenawee Hills Memorial Park, Adrian. You may send condolences to the family at www.andersonfuneralservices.com.
