Nancy A. Nowikowski nee Gough, passed away peacefully on October 21, 2025. She is survived by her beloved children Bill (Beth) Nowikowski, Mark (partner Kara Friedman) Nowikowski, Teresa (Tim Reigle) Nowikowski, and adoptive daughter Chris Narbone; her cherished grandchildren Gwendolyn (Joseph) Zimmer and Arie Reigle; her precious great-grandchildren Maren Zimmer and Micah Reigle; her dear sister Judy Gough and her dear brother and sister-in-law Leonard (Nancy) Nowikowski. She is a dear aunt, cousin, and friend of many who will miss her deeply.
She is preceded in passing by her beloved husband of 45 years Edwin Nowikowski; her proud parents William and Eleanor Gough; her dear siblings Linda (the late Richard) Meinert and Daniel (the late Sandy) Gough; and her dear siblings-in-law Barbara Nowikowski, Daniel (the late Norma) Nowikowski, John (the late Marian) Nowikowski, and Raymond Nowikowski.
Friends and family will meet for visitation on Tuesday, October 28, 2025 from 4PM-8PM at Warren Funeral Home, 1475 N. Cemetery Road, Gurnee, IL. The funeral service will take place on Wednesday, October 29, 2025 at 10AM at St. Patrick Catholic Church (the old church), 15000 W. Wadsworth Road, Wadsworth, IL. Interment to follow at Warren Cemetery.
