Nancy Perkey

Nancy Perkey, 82 of Soddy Daisy, passed away Sunday, July 20, 2025. She is rejoicing in the presence of her Lord and Savior and reunited with her loved ones.

She was a loving and caring momma, granny, sister, aunt and friend. Her generosity knew no bounds. She was a devoted member of Green Pond Baptist Church, actively involved in church activities for years.

Nancy is preceded in death by her loving husband, Charlie Perkey, parents, Walt and Bonnie Cothran, brother, Frankie Cothran, and sisters, Ruby Neal and Clara Bowman.

She is survived by her son, Tony (Heather) Perkey and daughter, Lynn (Clyde) Cauthen.

Nancy is also survived by her grandchildren, Amber Perkey (Terance Whatley), Alyssa (Torrance) Williams, Ethan (Jaimee) McBee, Jacob (Faith) McBee, as well as three great grandchildren, brother, Robert (Wanda) Cothran, several nieces and nephews and extended family.

The family will receive friends and loved ones from 4:00 till 8:00 at the funeral home on Sunday, July 27, 2025. She will lie in state from 10:00 till 11:00, Monday, July 28, 2025, at Green Pond Baptist Church until the time of services at 11:00 with Pastor Rick Smith presiding.

Burial will follow at Hamilton Memorial Gardens.
