Nancy Peroni Obituary
It is with great sadness that the family of Nancy A. Peroni, 84, announces her passing on Friday, March 27th, 2026, after a courageous battle with pancreatic cancer. Nancy left us peacefully at her home in Delray Beach, Florida, with her daughter Tina by her side. She is now at peace and reunited with her beloved, late husband, James B. Peroni, who passed away 20 years ago.
Nancy was born, raised, and married in Cleveland, Ohio, and then moved to a small town, on the shores of Lake Erie, known as Port Clinton, Ohio. She was a salon owner for many years, in the town of Lakeside, Ohio, and her cheery disposition made her a great friend (and hairdresser) for so many people. After losing both of her legs in 2021/22, Nancy refused to accept a life of being homebound, and mastered living with her disabilities and maintaining her independence until October of 2025, when her daughter became her full time caregiver.Nancy will be lovingly remembered by her daughter Tina Peroni, her grandchildren Hunter Peroni, Anita Peroni, her sister Judy Parker, and her brother-in-law and sister-in-law Robert Peroni, Joey Peroni.
The family is planning an informal gathering for a "Celebration of Nancy's Life" in early summer 2026, to be held in Port Clinton, Ohio. Family and friends will be notified with the details later this Spring.
